Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Advanced Laser Light, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To maintain the efficiency of our appointment schedule and ensure fair treatment for all, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for treatments.

1. Cancellation Notice:

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for a booking slot. For prepaid sessions, failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of that appointment. No refund or credit will be provided for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time. For unpaid service, a charge of 50% of the treatment/service cost will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment:

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at 021 494 9916 or email info@advancedlaserlight.com during our business hours. You may also cancel or reschedule an appointment by logging into your account on our website and using the online appointment management system, if available.

3. No-Show Policy:

If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, you will be considered a “no-show.” For prepaid sessions, no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the appointment, and no refund or credit will be provided. For unpaid service, a charge of 50% of the treatment/service cost will be applied.

4. Late Arrivals:

We understand that unexpected delays can occur. However, arriving late for a scheduled appointment may reduce the time allocated for your treatment. The full treatment cost will still apply, even if the session is shortened due to your late arrival

5. Exceptions:

In the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee or offer a credit for future use at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such a situation.

6. Changes to the Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.

Physical Products Return Policy

For our physical products, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This return policy does not apply to services purchased through this site. To start a return, you can contact us at info@advancedlaserlight.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 20 Prince's Street, Cork, Ireland, T12 YA47. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
